Step 1. Install Vova on your mobile. When you first sign in to the app, select your gender and age range. This information is used to improve product recommendations;

Step 2. Tap the arrow in the upper right corner of the screen to navigate between the product categories available in the store. You can find specific items using the "Search" tab at the bottom of the app;

Step 3. When you find the desired product, if necessary, select the color and size options and tap "Add Bag". You will be directed to the shopping basket. Please tap "Buy" in the bottom right corner;

Step 4. Enter the requested information and tap "Add". Then check your personal details and the shipping address of the product. If everything is correct, tap "Confirm";

Step 5. Select whether you want to pay by credit card or bank slip. Tap "Place order" and then enter your card details or save the payment slip to make the payment.
