Step 1.
Download Shoulder Friend on dnetc Downloads page.
Open the app and tap the + icon to post an outburst.
Then tap Select a category to determine the theme of the text;

Step 2.
Choose a vent category, type the text and tap the plane icon to publish;

Step 3.
To post, I need to sign in with your Facebook or Google account, but the app ensures that it will not disclose any profile information.
Then accept the terms of use and complete your registration by defining username, gender and age.
Finish in Create Account;

Step 4.
The start page will show a timeline with the outbursts of other users.
Tap All Categories to choose a theme and view messages with just that subject;

Step 5.
Then tap an outburst to advise some anonymously.
You will be able to comment and view advice that others have left on the wall.
By tapping on the username, you can talk privately with the person.
To do this, choose the option Open Chat;

Step 6.
To track an outburst, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Follow Outburst.
To access the posts you have saved, choose the Following tab from the bottom menu;

Step 7.
In the bell icon, you will see the alerts for new messages and advice you have received;

Step 8.
To report a post, tap the three dots at the top right and choose Report.
Then type the reason and confirm in Report;

Step 9.
On the home screen, tap the three stripes icon to choose the order of appearance of posts on the screen.
