Step 1. Access the Canva website and register for free. For this, you can use the data from your Google account, Facebook or an email address;

Step 2. On the main Canva page, select "Create new design", search for "YouTube" and click on "YouTube channel art";

Step 3. In the left side column, select the desired model and click on it to edit it;

Step 4. The chosen model will be opened in the editor. Click on a text to change the content. Formatting options are located on the panel just above;

Step 5. You can change the color of the figures, background, margins and other elements. To do this, just click on the desired item and choose the color in the upper left corner;

Step 6. If you want, you can move the objects by dragging with the mouse. The buttons that appear in the corners of the rectangle serve to increase or decrease the size and rotate;

Step 7. After making the desired edits, click Download in the upper right corner of the screen. Finally, select the file format and click "Download" again;

Step 8. Now, access your channel and click on "Customize the channel". Finally, go to "Add channel art" and upload the image. For more details, see how to put a cover image on a YouTube channel.
