In September last year, Xiaomi introduced the Mi Mix Alpha, its "futuristic" smartphone with a screen that covers the entire body. At that time, he brought the most powerful processor of the moment, the Snapdragon 855+.
However, a few months passed and Qualcomm made the Snapdragon 865 official, which offers better performance. So, looking to deliver the latest chipset on the market, Xiaomi produce the Mi Mix Alpha with this new component.
Recalling that this device should have been marketed in December, but the company was unable to manufacture enough units, having to delay the beginning of sales. However, Xiaomi has said that the Mi Mix Alpha will be sold in select stores in India, but without revealing an exact date.
With this processor change, it is expected that the price will be even higher than the advertised price, which was US $ 2,500 (R $ 11,627). Anyway, we will have to wait for more details to know when Xiaomi plans to put the Mi Mix Alpha on the shelves, and in which markets it will be available.

This device has a flexible 7.92 "Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2250 x 2088 pixels. Initially, the embedded processor was the Snapdragon 855+, combined with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage.
In the camera department, there are three sensors at the rear, the main one being 108MP, the telephoto side 12MP with 2x optical zoom, and the wide-angle 20MP. There is no front camera, as the main cameras are used to capture selfies.
To keep the device on, Xiaomi inserted a 4050 mAh battery with a fast 40W charge, while in software, the MIUI 11 based on Android 10 is factory installed.
