In September last year, Xiaomi announced the Mi Mix Alpha, a very innovative smartphone and totally different from the "standard" that we find on the market. Wrapped by the screen itself, this device caught the attention of the public, especially those who wanted to spend a small fortune to acquire it.
However, since its release, it has never been placed on the shelves. Fortunately, this scenario should change soon. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi Mix Alpha will start to be sold in India in selected high-end stores, but without revealing an exact date. For 1, the device will be sold for US $ 2,500 (R $ 10,980), higher than the US $ 1,980 (R $ 8,696) charged by Galaxy Fold.
Those who are interested (and willing) to pay this price, need to keep in mind that this model is not intended for daily use, since its design prevents the placement of a protective cover or even a film, for example.
Therefore, the Mi Mix Alpha seems to be more of a "piece of art", but nothing prevents consumers from using it on a daily basis, if they take great care. Although Xiaomi has returned to work in Brazil, it is unlikely that this model will be sold in our country.

The Mi Mix Alpha has a flexible 7.92 "Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2250 x 2088 pixels. Inside, we have the processor Snapdragon 855+, 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage.
In the camera department, there are three sensors at the rear, the main one being 108MP, the telephoto side 12MP with 2x optical zoom, and the wide-angle 20MP. There is no front camera, as the main cameras are used to capture selfies.
To keep the device connected, Xiaomi inserted a 4050 mAh battery with a fast 40W charge, while in software, the MIUI 11 based on Android 10 is factory installed.
