The new Time Capsules and AirPorts Extreme were launched in the United States at the end of June, but as they had some internal changes, they had to go through Anatel's approval process. Time Capsule had been released a week ago; AirPort Extreme got a green light just two days ago.
With that, both products are now available for purchase in the Brazilian Apple Online Store.
The Time Capsule has versions of 2TB and 3TB, leaving for R $ 1,000 and R $ 1,600, respectively.
Back up a lifetime of memories with Time Capsule, a wireless hard drive that works seamlessly with Time Machine on Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard. It is also a Wi-Fi base station with all 802.11n functions and is compatible with simultaneous dual band.
AirPort Extreme costs R $ 650 in Brazil.
The stylish, easy-to-use AirPort Extreme Base Station is compatible with simultaneous dual band, the perfect wireless access point for your home, school or small business. It offers fast 802.11n Wi-Fi access for Mac computers, PCs and Wi-Fi devices like iPhone, iPod touch and Apple TV.
All products have a 3-4 week exit period from the warehouse, something that should improve soon.
