The Social Security Calculator is a government website that allows you to find out if the taxpayer is entitled and how much time is left to retire. In calculations, the tool takes into account the new rules of the Pension Reform of 2019. Among other things, the text changes the minimum age to 62 years for women and 65 for men, with the exception of teachers, rural workers and federal police. Step 1. Access the website Calculadora da Previdência (servicos.gov.br/calculadora) and press the button «I want to simulate my retirement»;

Step 2. Select your gender;

Step 3. Enter your date of birth and select the «Continue» option at the bottom of the screen;

Step 3. Choose whether you are a public or private server. At the moment, only the latter option is available;

Step 4. Select whether you are a teacher, urban or rural worker;

Step 5. Finally, enter your contribution time;

Step 6. On the result page, drag the slider at the top of the screen to select the benefit percentage. The contribution time and age required for retirement, according to the new rules, will be displayed prominently.
