'When will I retire'? Pension Calculator tells you how much time is left | Productivity

The Social Security Calculator is a government website that lets you find out if the taxpayer is entitled and how long to retire. In the calculations, the tool takes into account the new rules of the 2019 Social Security Reform. Among other things, the text changes the minimum age to 62 for women and 65 for men, with the exception of teachers, rural workers and federal police. In the following tutorial, learn how to use the Social Security Calculator to find out how much time you have left for your retirement under the new social security rules.

Step 1. Go to the Calculator website (servicos.gov.br/calculadora) and press the button "I want to simulate my retirement";

Step 2. Select your gender;

Step 3. Enter your date of birth and select the "Continue" option at the bottom of the screen;

Step 3. Choose whether you are public or private server. At the moment, only this last option is available;

Step 4. Select whether you are a teacher, urban or rural worker;

Step 5. Finally, enter your contribution time;

Step 6. On the result page, drag the slider bar at the top of the screen to select the benefit percentage. The contribution time and age required for retirement under the new rules will be highlighted.
