WhatsApp tests new shortcut to quickly edit images in app | Social networks

The edited image does not replace the originally received photo. In practice, the application creates a copy of the file and opens it on the edit screen. When sending, contacts see it as a new image. The tendency is that the task saves the user time, since there is no need to download the photo, edit and resubmit, all manually.

Quickly edited photo within conversation cannot be forwarded on time. Opting for this feature, which requires the photo to be resubmitted to the same contact or group to which it was originally sent later, the material can be freely redirected. It is not yet known, however, whether the function is completed. Changes may occur until it is released to all users registered in the beta program and ultimately to the full messenger user base.
