Everybody knows the WhatsApp Messenger.
It exchanges about 29 million messages per minute! Although the messenger is not very strong in the United States and China (in these countries, Messenger and WeChat are more successful), it is widely used by both Brazilians and Indians in the past that recently surpassed the Facebook app and has made it the most widely used app offered by Mark Zuckerberg's social networking conglomerate.
But while everyone knows WhatsApp Messenger, many may not know about WhatsApp WhatsApp Business. As the name implies, it is an application designed for small business owners.
With it, the facility can easily interact with customers using tools to automate, sort and respond quickly to messages. You can create a business profile with your business information (address, phone, website, etc.), use tags to organize contacts and chats, save and reuse messages using quick replies, have access to important statistics (number of messages that were sent, delivered and read) and more.
Until then, the app was only available for Android. That has changed now, with the arrival of the first beta version of WhatsApp Business for iOS, as reported by WABetaInfo. Here are some screenshots of the app:
The bad news is that all vacancies for the app's tests have already been filled on the TestFlight platform unless they open more, unfortunately you will not be able to test it; You can find out if there are any openings by visiting this page.
The arrival of WhatsApp Business at TestFlight, however, shows that it should be released on the App Store very soon. So if you have a business establishment and are interested in using the solution, it is good to begin to understand how everything works to put everything into practice as soon as it becomes available in the store. 😉
