1. What PicPay Pro? What's the difference between it and PicPay Empresas and PicPay E-commerce
PicPay Pro is a modality of the PicPay application aimed at professionals who plan to carry out transactions of values above R $ 800 per month. In other words, the plan allows businesses to transfer large amounts of money and receive payments through the PicPay platform, which charges fees considered low for the market.
PicPay Empresas is a modality aimed at legal entities with physical points of sale (such as stores, for example), and can be accessed from the application of the same name. PicPay E-commerce is the service for making payments in virtual stores, on websites. It is worth mentioning that, unlike PicPay Pro, both business services do not have the option of making payments, so the plans only allow you to receive money through the platform.

2. What are the PicPay Pro fees?
The fee consists of 1.99% of the transaction amount. There is no fee for withdrawals, nor monthly payment. According to the official website and the application itself, this is the lowest rate on the market. The user has the option of changing the fee amount if he chooses to withdraw the money at a different time. The more days the user takes to withdraw the money, the lower the fee.
Thus, according to the calculation tool available in the application and on the official website, the withdrawal made after 40 days of payment implies a fee in the amount of 1.01%. If the user chooses to withdraw the money after 80 days, no fee will be paid.

3. Balance availability
