How to check the passenger's note

The passenger can discover his note easily. Just open the Uber app and tap on the three horizontal stripes in the upper left corner to open the configuration options. The note appears just below the user's name at the top of the screen.

Uber gives some behavioral tips to help the user receive five star ratings, always valuing common sense and respect. The platform suggests, for example, to always be ready and not make the driver wait at the door, enter the address correctly when requesting a trip, be polite and respectful, do not shout or speak loudly on the phone and always wear your seat belt.

You also need to think about cleaning the car, the driver's way of working. Therefore, Uber indicates that passengers do not consume alcoholic beverages or eat food inside the vehicle, especially those with strong odors.

Any dirt on the seats or carpets can make the next passenger experience unpleasant, in addition to causing the driver to waste time and money to wash. It is worth remembering that the passenger may also be charged a cleaning fee to clean up the dirt left in the vehicle.

Some social rules must also not be broken inside the car. In addition to social behavior rules, Uber makes clear some of the prohibited requirements when using the service, to ensure the safety and comfort of drivers and passengers. If the user breaks these rules, he can be banned from the platform.

Among these attitudes are: damaging the car, breaking a phone, smoking, intentionally spilling food or drink or throwing up in the car due to excessive alcohol consumption. It is also prohibited to maintain physical contact with the driver or other passengers, as well as to flirt or have sex inside the vehicle.

It is not allowed to use languages ​​or gestures considered abusive, threatening, aggressive or disrespectful. In addition, it is forbidden to approach or initiate an unwanted contact with the driver or other passengers after the end of the trip, other than through Uber's own platform, which uses anonymous numbers to resolve issues related to the service.

Other attitudes that can cause the user to be banned are: getting into the car carrying drugs, traveling with more passengers than the car can handle, asking the driver to break traffic laws or using Uber to commit crimes.

Uber explains that, in cases of complaints about problematic behavior while traveling, it may contact the user to make an investigation. In more serious cases, involving violence, sexual harassment or discrimination, the loss of the account is immediate.
