Good news for users Waze, community-based navigation and traffic application.
As of today, drivers rely on signaling the speed limit of the roads. The novelty is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uruguay.
To see the speed limits, you don't have to do anything. If you are driving over the limit, a visual alert will be displayed on the Waze speedometer. It will stay there until its speed falls below the limit.
In the app settings you can also customize the alert to appear when the speed limit is reached or when the speed exceeds the limit by 5%, 10% or 15%.
Undoubtedly a very welcome feature, many could even opt for another app / service precisely because of the lack of it.
