Less than two weeks after launching iOS 13.5 for all compatible device users, Apple has just released the version 13.5.1 (build 17F80) of iOS It’s from iPadOS.
The update, according to Apple, “provides important security updates, being recommended to all users” – I would not be surprised if, with this update, Apple is already closing the gap exploited by jailbreak unc0ver.
In the same way and with the same changelog, the watchOS 6.2.6 (build 17T620).
Unfortunately, nothing is mentioned about a possible release of the ECG for Brazilians – recently approved by Anvisa.
Apple also made available the tvOS 13.4.6 (build 17L570), a Supplemental Update for the macOS Catalina 10.15.5 (19F101) and the audioOS 13.4.6 for HomePods owners.
If there is any other relevant news about today’s updates, we will update this article.

Of course, you should not update anyone who is a user jailbreak.
Security updates like this are recommended to everyone else.
Update III, by Eduardo Marques Jun 01, 2020 at 14:55
In several support articles (one for each system: iOS / iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS), Apple confirmed that it fixed the vulnerability used by the jailbreak – including giving due credit to the unc0ver group.
Update IV Jun 01, 2020 at 18:13
Apple also provided a direct link to download the macOS Catalina 10.15.5 Supplemental Update, as well as updated its Update and Combo versions.
Finally, it is worth noting that Security Update 2020-003 (High Sierra) also came out today – probably with the same kernel security fix that affected other Apple operating systems.
