Vortal clarifies that the acquisition of SaphetyGov translates into access to more business opportunities for suppliers. In addition, new services are being developed to ensure interoperability on the platforms of both companies in order to facilitate the access of smaller and medium-sized companies to public procurement.

According to Rui Fontoura, CEO of Saphety, mentioned in a statement, the sale of the public procurement platform is another step in the strategy of maximizing value and concentrating investment in the main areas of the company's operations, such as electronic document exchange, electronic billing and Eletronic Bill Presentment.
