Video: See how Apple prepares for iPhones launch

Ever wonder how the whole process “behind the scenes” of launching a new Apple product? If the company looks at products, services, stores and small details, wouldn't it be any different when they need to make millions of handsets available around the world?

O BuzzFeed News had the privilege of following each moment before the start both in presale, online, and in physical store sales of iPhones 8/8 Plus. On the video, journalist Nicole Nguyen witnessed the preparation and chatted a bit with the mighty Apple (Apple's store boss, Angela Ahrendts).

As with every year, Apple began pre-selling its products at 12:01 am Cupertino time. As we wait anxiously on one side of the screen, several Apple employees and engineers have gathered in what they call war room (something like war room), a place with lots of TVs and maps from around the world where you need to make sure the whole process is going as expected.

According to Ahrendts, more than half of orders that night came from the Apple Store app. With this app, you can leave everything on the trigger and, when it's time, just make your purchase official with one tap, she explained.

After that, then deliveries of products to the appropriate stores around the world begin. Nguyen visited the facilities of the worldwide UPS carrier in Louisville, United States. She stated that the volume of products from Ma so large that UPS has to set aside time to separate only those deliveries. A few days earlier, some products arrive at stores around the world or at buyers' homes.

Normally, a day or two before stores make their launches available, there are long lines. However, today we have seen that the wait to get the iPhones 8/8 Plus is not so great because of this year's "iPhone X effect" the big star, which will have pre-sale started at the end of next month and hit the market only in November 3rd.
