The developer / hacker Steven Troughton-Smith recently showed us how iOS could work with windows on the iPad, and now decided to play with the tvOS.

In the video above, it shows an internal solution that he created to watch his cable TV via Apple TV, which in itself is too much, but also incorporating a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) in it. IOS 9 on iPads already has that, so it's not hard to imagine it coming to tvOS as well.
