WhatsApp Business Web has a feature called Conversation Filters, which lets you manage messages and sort them by Groups, Unread Conversations, or Broadcast Lists. How to find conversation filters
Step 1. On the WhatsApp Business Web home screen, click in the search area where l Search or start a new conversation. Immediately afterwards, a symbol of three descending parallel lines appears from top to bottom.

Step 4. By clicking on the symbol, three Conversation Filter options will appear. These are: "Unread Conversations, Groups, and Broadcast Lists."

Using conversation filters
1. Has "Unread Conversations" lists all messages that have not yet been viewed or those marked as unread by the user. This way, you can find pending communication with customers or within the company, answers left for later or even forgotten conversations.

2. The option "Groups" lists all collective chats. Thus, it is possible to quickly find, for example, the communication group with the company's technical assistance, the group that daily combines the employees' lunchroom etc.

3. With the third and last option, "Playlists", the user can send a message to several of their contacts at once without members being able to interact with each other. A transmission list is a set of contacts to which the user can send broadcast messages as many times as desired. Unlike in a group, the message is sent individually to the contacts in the list and they cannot interact with each other.
