How to find conversation filters

Attention: User must have at least one Tag It is already created by your mobile phone and applied to a conversation or group so that the filter icon appears in the web version to see how to use tags to organize messages in WhatsApp Business Web from your mobile phone. Step 4. By clicking on the symbol, three Conversation Filter options will appear. These are: "Unread Conversations, Groups, and Broadcast Lists."

Using conversation filters

1. Has "Unread Conversations" lists all messages that have not yet been viewed or those marked as unread by the user. This way, you can find pending communication with customers or within the company, answers left for later or even forgotten conversations.

3. With the third and last option, "Playlists", the user can send a message to several of their contacts at once without members being able to interact with each other. A transmission list is a set of contacts to which the user can send broadcast messages as many times as desired.
