In a press release, Apple said today that the iOS 11.3 come with quite a novelty for the application Sade (Health): the possibility for users to view their medical records directly on the iPhone.
The updated section of "Health Records" in the app will gather, in addition to current information, news such as hospitals, clinics to make it easier for consumers to see their medical data available from various suppliers whenever they choose. In the United States, the resource is already supported by institutions:

Until then, medical patient records were performed at several locations, requiring you to log in to the laboratory / clinic website and gather this information manually. Apple decided to work with the health community to adopt a consumer friendly approach, creating health records based on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), a standard for the transfer of electronic medical records.
Users will now have medical information from various institutions organized in a single view that covers allergies, conditions, immunizations, laboratory results, medications, procedures and vital signs, and receive notifications when their data is updated. Health record data is encrypted and protected with the user's password.
