User installs MacBook Air components under Wireless Keyboard and Magic Trackpad

From the series "madman macmanacas": what to do with a MacBook Air that broke down? Well, a user decided to launch the MacBook Air Project, turning the Apple compact laptop into a kind of ASUS Eee Keyboard PC.

The MacBook Air Project

What he did was open his MacBook Air and work on the components to “embed” them under a glued Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Trackpad.

The work is still being done, but the images already show that the guy's idea is not all bad. The machine has a 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM and an 80GB hard drive. At the rear, there is a DVI port, two USB and right next to it is MagSafe.

How about this “Mac mini Air”? Who would risk doing something similar?
