University of South Florida athletes to win 13-inch MacBooks Pro

The academic system in the United States is famous for benefiting and encouraging athletes. Now, the University of Southern Florida (University of Southern Florida, or USF) has decided to adopt Apple technologies to further stimulate its students, giving 13-inch MacBooks Pro to about 460 athletes in total.

The idea that, with this initiative, students can carry out work and research regardless of where they are. With their MBPs, they will also have access to iTunes U, which will now receive exclusive academic content from the USF.

The institution did not disclose the exact size of its investment, but said it was more than six digits (from $ 100,000), even with a special discount provided by Apple.
