Twitter launched on Thursday (29) a new way to share videos live. Now, the user can select the exact start time of a broadcast to post on the microblog. In this way, when playing the video, the selected section will be played immediately. The feature also works on live video replays.
The functionality is already available to all users on the Twitter website and on the Periscope web version, on the PC. Mobile apps for Android and iPhone (iOS) will be updated soon to add support for the feature.

According to Twitter, the novelty comes to meet the demand of users who, when sharing a live video, specify in the tweet the minutes and seconds to indicate the part to be commented. If the transmission is still happening, it will be possible to follow it in real time by clicking on a button.
