Tweetbot for Mac finally reaches version 2.0, redesigned for OS X Yosemite

After a long wait, Tapbots finally released today version 2.0 of the Tweetbot for Mac. The Twitter client has been completely redesigned for OS X Yosemite.

Sorry, app not found.

For the first time, too, the app had a price cut (from $ 20 to $ 13) apparently a promotion to celebrate the update, which is free for everyone who already had the previous version through the Mac App Store.

In addition to the new look flat, Tweetbot for Mac now brings a new icon, circular avatars, more information on the profile screen, easier account browsing, more options for customizing your window, among others.

However, even with the delay, Tapbots still owes Mac users support for recent Twitter news already incorporated in its iPhone version, like the native RT. In addition, Tweetbot for iPad remains abandoned, it hasn't even been updated to iOS 7/8 yet.
