Trump claimed that big tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Amazon would be plotting with Democrats against him. About the blockade suffered by Huawei, the president denied that he is pursuing China. I want China to do well. But I don't want them to do as well as we do, I have to be honest with you, he said.

But the focus of Trump's statements was on 5G technology, which promises to be faster and more stable. The president assured that US mobile companies are already dedicated to launching service and compatible smartphones. The strategy of leading the industry also targets the various technological developments that may arise with the 5G generation.
To the Squawk Box, Trump compared the United States and China's advances in the race for 5G network leader. The president made sure that this is one of his government's priorities and made provocations. He admitted that the country was late in the dispute, but soon will take over the top of the podium. China does not have the capacity of our Silicon Valley geniuses, who walk around with T-shirts and are worth $ 2 billion. They don't have the intelligence these people have, he said.
After the United States boycott, many people are questioning how they will continue to consume the products and services offered by Huawei. With US companies banned from selling to the Chinese giant, debt hangs in the air, including in Brazil.

Last week, in an interview with Valor Econmico, Vice President Hamilton Mouro assured that Brazil will not join the boycott. According to him, Trump warned President Jair Bolsonaro about problems with Huawei, accused of using its equipment to spy on countries and share information with the Chinese government. Mouro also revealed that he himself met with the president of Huawei and advised him to create a trusting environment to avoid further conflicts with other countries.
If, in Brazil, the delay in issuing licenses may hinder the advance of the 5G network; In other countries it has already begun to be tested. In the United States, for example, the government has initiated the process of auctioning wireless radio frequency blocks for use in mobile networks.
The problem is that from the tests meteorologists have observed that frequency blocks, which transmit the 5G network and are located in close proximity to satellites, can interfere with the collection of crucial Earth data. The issue is so problematic that the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and NASA have teamed up to negotiate with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which oversees wireless networks in the United States.
The goal is to join forces to protect satellites from interference. Otherwise, the region's satellites would not be able to accurately detect water vapor concentrations in the atmosphere. The FCC, in turn, started auctioning the minimally protected frequency blocks and, with the sale of the first piece, raised nearly $ 2 billion.
As the tests are being conducted in the United States the concern is even greater. This is because local weather is a reference to other countries that rely on this data to feed their own models. According to El Pas, weather forecasts from around the world would suffer from the failures of American satellites caused by proximity to the frequencies that transmit the 5G network to mobile phones and other equipment.
