Traveling with your iGadget: San Francisco

San Francisco a mix of everything. No matter how many times you go to this amazing city, there will always be interesting and new things to see. Nothing is more appropriate than having a ‚ÄúTraveling‚ÄĚ of it.

Let's go?

As always, we will start with transport. I recommend a solution that I want to reach Brazil:

Citymapper app icon - S√£o Paulo

Taking into account all possible and impossible means of transport, the app traces routes and estimates times in a quick and easy way. Requiring internet, I suggest that you purchase a data plan in the USA. T-Mobile offers one with 4G internet, phone and unlimited messages in the country for $ 3 a day.

If what you want to save on transport when visiting some of the highlights and enjoy the most of the city, purchase the City Pass, a mixed ticket and transport voucher for tourists, valid for nine consecutive days (transportation valid for 7 days ). The activation happens on the first use of the pass at some attraction and, if you wish, you can add Alcatraz to the package.

City Pass

If you are interested, you can purchase an internet pass at a cost of US $ 94 for adults (US $ 69 children 5-11) and pick it up at the most suitable place for you. If you choose the option with Alcatraz, the purchase must be made on the Alcatraz Cruises website and your ticket must receive the upgrade to the City Pass at Pier 33, where the tour begins.

BART is not included, which is a good option for you who want to go from the airport to the city center. If you only want an application on BART, I recommend this one (does not require internet):

Terrific aquarium that is close to Fisherman’s Wharf!

Cryptid Zoo Design Gallery

I met Julian at a fair in the city, they take place near Embarcadero and look like SFO. He is an artist and created T-shirt models and sells them on the website or there in the city. You must be wondering what is more, huh?

Well, in addition to having cool designs, the t-shirts still feature Augmented Reality technology. Angry! See a video below and the app available:

1 Infinite Loop

As you read this, what comes to your mind? That's right: Apple's headquarters in Cupertino! I recommend that you rent a car from the airport until there are about 40 minutes driving on highways with a little bit of traffic, depending on the time you choose to go.

Highway

At Apple headquarters there are no guided tours but you can go to the famous Company Store, which is the only place in the world where Apple sells souvenirs such as T-shirts, sweaters, mugs, etc. Be sure to take a picture in front of the address plate!

The Company Store

In the region it is also possible to visit (outside) the headquarters of Google, Evernote, Facebook, the Intel museum and much more.

To find the attractions, in addition to Maps itself, I recommend the Triposo line of apps:
