Trailer for “Kygo: Stole the Show”, new original Apple Music documentary released

If you've never heard of Kygo, I will give you a teaspoon, because I myself was not familiar with this name until the last moments. Apparently, according to Wikipedia, the Norwegian (which is actually called Kyrre Grvell-Dahll) is one of the most promising names in the recent scenario of electronic music (I understand why I never heard of it) and, at the age of 25, already launched songs / remixes in partnership with gigantic stars such as Coldplay, John Legend, Ellie Goulding and Selena Gomez.

Now, Kygo is the latest artist to win a documentary to call his own and we are talking, of course, about another original Apple Music production, called "Kygo: Stole the Show". The trailer, incidentally, has already been made available by Apple on its official channels and can be watched below:

As you can see by the short promotional video, the documentary will tell, in unclear detail, the meticulous rise of the DJ and producer, concluding with a gigantic concert held by him last year in New York. The film will also have testimonials from big names in the music world, such as Bono, Steve Aoki and Martin Garrix. In Ma's own words:

The film gives fans the chance to see an intimate, unfiltered side of Kygo and his team as they prepare for an unprecedented moment in the musician's career. The documentary features entries from some of Kygo's closest friends and collaborators such as Steve Aoki, Lyor Cohen, Julia Michaels, Pete Tong, Martin Garrix, Parson James and others. With a second studio album expected by the end of the year, Stole the Show presents a fascinating insight into the artist's origin, his creative process and aspirations, as well as behind-the-scenes scenes that show who Kygo is on and off stage.

The documentary premieres exclusively on Apple's music platform on Wednesday next week, July 26. Fans and supporters, write on the agenda!
