Flirtatious apps have been a part of people's daily lives for some time, promising to make it easier to meet new people, and perhaps disrupt the people in the "off season". But we know that many of them do not deliver what they promise.
Is Tinder Different? what we are going to find out today on this app's test here on AndroidPIT!
Functions & Usage
Tinder works very simply, and can be operated with just one touch on your device. It operates in sync with Facebook, so that the information of the person in question mainly the photos – are taken from the social network. From there, Tinder uses your phone's GPS locator to search for people in the same area as you (the user-defined range of range).
Once your profile information is populated by Facebook data, you are already online and already appearing in searches. Potential candidates (or candidates) appear in your results one at a time, with the first profile picture and common interests (basically, Facebook pages liked by both). Tinder also shows mutual friends on Facebook. If you like, you can like that profile or delete it. In either case, a next profile automatically displayed the search ends only when there are no new profiles to analyze.
When two profiles are marked, both receive a notification saying that there has been a match. From then on, Tinder prompts the user to initiate contact with the other party. Which may be the love of your life, or the most bizarre person you have ever met. It will all depend on how the conversation flows. If things go well, it may be a live date. If it doesn't, just keep prospecting. Interesting, no?
Screen & Controls
Tinder has a very clean and efficient design, which prioritizes the assessment of the profile in question. Basically, we only have the photos of the person being analyzed, and the like or dislike buttons. Therefore, the clean look is very welcome and functional. The keyboard ends up being used in the background to type the messages to your person of interest after the match. The fun part is even going through the various profiles and photos, and choosing the one that is most interesting.
Speed & Stability
Tinder runs smoothly, without any locking or solution, even because it won't require much from your device: the application's philosophy has to do with some lightness. This is no game or anything (although it's fun): just a flirting app.
