TIM denounces Claro for misleading advertising on unlimited internet promotion

The return of the promotion "WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter unlimited" for customers of course, seems to have not pleased TIM. The operator complained in the Conar (National Council for Advertising Self-Regulation), and was able to suspend campaign ads alleging misleading advertising. Check out more details in the article below.

Claro's promotion offers unlimited access to WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter, and had resumed last week as reported here on the site. TIM did not like the competitor's promotion and complained to Conar, the agency that regulates the advertisements linked by the operators. The announcements were suspended and Claro had to redo the promotion regulation. If you are a customer of course, you can refer to the table below and check what is actually provided for free by the advertised promotion.

Remember that TIM has a similar plan, which offers unlimited WhatsApp for its prepaid customers. Both promotions of the respective operators remain in force, and the only changes made were in advertisements and in Claro's regulations.

And, do you think you were jealous of TIM or lack of what to do?
