TikTok lets you create videos from your photos by building a slideshow cheered up. To find the option, go to the + icon and select the MV item on the carousel located below the capture button. TikTok lets you turn any scene in a video into a GIF to send to social networks or save to the gallery. To do this, tap the sharing arrow and choose Share as GIF.
