Doug Reid, an analyst at Thomas Weisel, raised his target price for Apple shares this morning from $ 180 to $ 210. He claims that, in his own research, he detected a very strong demand for Ma products, but also cites an expectation of high sales in the IT sector and the recent agreement with China Unicom to market the iPhone.

Reid does not bet on an Apple tablet before the second quarter of 2010, but expects, by the end of this year, a $ 800 or $ 900 MacBook that would be launched in time for the holiday season. For 2010, he also bets that Apple will be able to sell a total of 24.9 million iPhones.

The AAPL closed this Monday up 2.07%, quoted at $ 186.15.
