There is yet another strong indication that OS X will be called “macOS”

iOS, watchOS and then tvOS. It is nothing new for anyone that Apple's desktop operating system, called OS X, is completely out of step with their brothers' nomenclatures.

We recently saw signs in the OS X 10.11.4 code that the company would even change the name so that everything follows the same formula; soon after, Apple made a mistake and called the system “MacOS” (with “m” more m) in a report published on its website; today this error (already fixed) happened again on an iTunes Connect FAQ (questions and answers) page, about automatic subscription renewal. Indications of the macOS name on the Apple website

This time, however, the spelling is in the way that makes the most sense: "MacOS", with the letter “m” in lower case (following the names of other operating systems that also start with lower case letters).

Error of the employee who wrote the text? Difficult, after all it is a very new material content updated due to the recent changes in the App Store released today by the company. In my opinion, it is more than in the face that Apple will make this change, yes. It remains to be seen what Ma is planning in terms of system numbering: will we be introduced to macOS 10.12 or will we jump to macOS 11 in order to also maintain a unit with other systems?

The answer is not far away, as we will know all of this next Monday (6/13).
