Recently, the CD Projekt Red studio started bringing a new update to the ported version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the Nintendo Switch platform. Among the corrections and improvements, there was the implementation of the new cross-save feature and the improvement of graphics.

Updates started in South Korea

It was first reported on the new update by Korean players on the Nintendo Switch subreddit. The Polygon website contacted a CD Project Red representative who confirmed that "touch support, file saving integrated with GOG / Steam platforms, more languages and more graphic options have been added. In addition, there have been performance and correction optimizations of errors. "

With the new graphic options added to The Witcher 3 on the Nintendo Switch, the player will be able to adjust parameters such as depth of field, anti-aliasing, motion blur and chromatic aberration effects.

The Witcher 3, originally released in 2015, was released for Nintendo Switch in October last year. The adaptation of the game to bring it from platforms with more powerful hardware was at the cost of some sacrifices in the graphics, but it still remains a great title to play. The customizers, through tests, ended up finding a way, in the official one, to change the graphics settings of the game on the Switch, causing, in some situations, the console to reach 60 frames per second.
