The ProBook 445 G7 and 455 G7 are the new HP notebooks for professionals on the go

After renewing the Envy range with four new models, HP introduces the new line of ProBook notebooks targeted at Small and Medium Business professionals (SMEs). HP reveals that the new ProBook 445 G7 and 455 G7 are the brand's first professional notebooks with the AMD Ryzen 4000 processor, available in four, six and eight cores.

Based on a study by the Kronos Workforce Institute, the North American company indicates that the majority of managers and Human Resources in SMEs point outdated systems and technology as the biggest challenge for their teams. Thus, the manufacturer claims that the new equipment is prepared to meet the needs of an increasingly dynamic workforce.

User safety is a priority and the new notebooks are equipped with features such as the HP Sure Start for AMD BIOS that allows you to recover automatically from attacks on firmware or corrupted firmware without requiring the intervention of IT staff or the user.

HP Sure Sense already uses artificial intelligence to identify and quarantine unknown attacks. The Privacy Camera with a physical shutter helps users to protect their privacy, as does the Sure View Gen3, which prevents others from seeing what is displayed on the screen.

The ProBook 445 G7 and 455 G7 feature HP Fast Charge technology, which allows 50% charge in 30 minutes. For an easier passage from the content of the laptop to the desktop, the equipment has an HP USB-C Dock G5 from HP. In addition, HP Extended Range Wireless LAN promises a better connection to wireless networks. The devices also support WI-Fi 6.

On the outside, the notebooks feature an aluminum chassis and keyboard, with an almost frameless screen, with a hinge that rotates 180 degrees. The new ProBook 445 G7 and 455 G7 are already available and the price of both devices is around 500 euros.
