The best Gamers peripherals in 2019

2019 was a year of many developments in the peripheral market, and they spanned almost all sectors in the area. We had better mice, mice that were good were cheaper, monitors with a high refresh rate were cheaper and better, more gaming headsets based on studio headphones appeared, and so on.

And to end another year with a flourish here at Oficina da Net, we bring you a list with the best peripherals in 2019 between 4 categories: Mice, Keyboards, Headsets and Monitors.

The best Gamers peripherals in 2019

It is also important to remember that these are the indications of the products that stood out in 2019, which does not mean that they were launched this year. We will even have indications of products that were manufactured in previous years but which are still the best options within the 3 categories.

Each of the categories will have 3 product indications that participate in 3 different market segments:

  • The best of the best (without price restrictions);
  • The highest Cost x Benefit (better durability without breaking the safe);
  • The cheap and good (lower price for something of quality).

Of course, because there are only 3 nominations for each product line, some will be left out of the list, but that does not mean that they are bad or we do not recommend them.

In fact, we already have two complete lists of Gamers mice and keyboards that are updated every month, and it's worth checking out if you want to have a wider range of choices when buying your new Gamer peripheral.

But, enough of a mess and let's get down to business: What are the best gaming peripherals in 2019?

The Biggest Cost X Benefit

Here we will talk about the product of each category that received the highest Cost x Benefit award of the year, counting durability, experience of use and general finish, both physical and in Software (if any).

Headset

Cougar Phontum S / Galax Xanova Juturna

I know that before I specified that there would be 3 products per category, but these two are basically inseparable when it comes to great products at a good price. Both are excellent in several aspects, and their greatest strength is the Price x Sound ratio, which is the most important aspect in a headset.

Monitor

Warrior Kai

He ends up taking this crown for one simple fact: the Acer KG241Q's high rate of complaints on various forums. In the meantime, so far I have not found any complaints from the Warrior monitor, in addition to going very well in our tests and it has proved to be a great option for 144Hz panels with Full HD resolution in the entry curved segment.

It has a VA-type panel, which has more vivid colors and greater contrast than competitors of the TN type in the same price range. In addition, the Ghosting tests showed good results, and we believe it is a good option, especially for the prices below R $ 950, which are appearing in the official store every week.

The best of the best

Here we throw our savings into the fire and choose the best of the best. In the spending limit, we only want the best products available in the Brazilian market to date, and these are the rules we will follow.

Mouse

Razer Viper

The Viper was our surprise of the year when it came to gaming mice. The model came out of nowhere and took several enthusiasts and brands totally off guard, bringing the best of current technology in one set, in addition to pulling the industry forward with optical switches on the main buttons.

I believe that the only model that can beat this one is its wireless version, which bears the name of Viper Ultimate, and only surpasses it because of the teflon feet, now in 100% PTFE material. Unfortunately, this model has not yet shown its face here in Brazil and we have no expectation when it will appear, so in the meantime, its wired version is with the crown.

Monitor

Samsung QLED 49 "Super UltraWide 144Hz LC49HG90DMLXZD

Well, to start with, this monitor costs R $ 6500, which already makes you start to imagine the level of this 49-inch monstrosity, which is literally wider than many home tables. In addition to the unscrupulous size of this monitor, we still have 144Hz, FreeSync 2, Super UltraWide 32: 9 aspect and 3840x1080P resolution in addition to many other things that if I list everything, I will spend two days typing on it.

In addition to the spectacular features and format, we have color coverage of 125% sRGB, 95% DCI and 88% NTSC, which made it stand ahead of its direct competitor, the ASUS XG49VQ, which covers only 100% of the sRGB aspect. Do you want to flaunt and have the best of the best here in Brazil? So this is the monitor you should buy.

Good and cheap

Here we have peripherals with quality that is still acceptable but that has the lowest possible price. If you are looking to save as much as possible and buy a complete set of Gamers peripherals, these are the 4 you should go after.

Mouse

Pichau P701

As with the P631K RGB brand keyboard, the P701 brought excellent internal components at a very low price. It also showed up during Brasil Game Show 2019 and could be tested at the Pichau booth, next to the P631K RGB.

Keyboard

Gamdias Hermes E2

Gamdias is not a very well-known company in the country, but it has brought more and more products to the Brazilian lands, and in addition, it has improved them over time, which shows the brand's interest in bringing better options to the public.

In addition to the good quality switches, comparable to Kailh, we also have the lowest price of just R $ 180, which guarantees this award.

Headset

Sharkoon B1

The Sharkoon B1 has a design that closely resembles headphones like the Arcano SHP-80 and HyperX Cloud Core, and because of that, many were excited about the possibility of having a Headset on the same level as the HyperX model, but costing almost that's half the price.

And was that what we got? Well, it was almost, but it was enough to become a recommended headset that has decent quality, even more for the price that usually ranges between R $ 190 and R $ 240. Its biggest weakness is its microphone, but I believe this is the biggest problem of the vast majority of gamers headsets on the market.

Monitor

LG 25 "UltraWide 75Hz 25UM58-P.AWZ

And here we have one of the monitors that brings many things for a low price, with the only disadvantage being the height of it, which gives the impression that it is a model of only 17 ".

LG 25 UltraWide 75HzLG 25 "UltraWide 75Hz

Still, we have an UltraWide aspect, 25 inch screen, 75Hz, 2560x1080P resolution and IPS panel that covers 99% of the sRGB aspect, which is not great, but better than many gamers monitors around. Another good point is its low Input Lag, which in our tests, proved to be much better than that of common 60Hz IPS panels.
