Two weeks after the release of the second, Apple has just released the third beta versions of its future operating systems: iOS 11.3 (compilation 15E5189f), macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E160e) and tvOS 11.3 (15L5186e) the exception, at least for now, the watchOS 4.3, which is still in beta 2.
In addition to the systems, Apple also released the third beta version of Xcode 9.3 (9Q117m), which includes the Swift 4 language and the SDKs used to create applications with the latest innovations and capabilities from Apple OSs.
IOS 11.3 news includes new Animojis, medical records in the Sade app (Health), ARKit 1.5, Messages in iCloud, AirPlay 2, version number and the size of the download of apps in the Updates tab of the App Store, new privacy alert icon, folders in Safari favorites that now show thumbnails of the sites, new menu practical when we touch the name of the song being played on Apple Music, possibility to classify app reviews by most useful, most favorable, most critical or most recent, approval of purchases within Family Sharing with Face ID on iPhone X and removal of friends individually through Game Center.
Ma's desktop operating system include an alert about the use of old apps (still developed in 32-bit) and also the new privacy alert icon. We will see if, now, more things appear.
Finally, in tvOS 11.3 the novelty is due to the automatic exchange of the frame rate on the Apple TV of the fourth generation feature previously limited to Apple TV 4K.

According to iDownloadBlog, Apple removed the AirPlay 2 iOS 11.3 beta 3 and tvOS 11.3 beta 3. We'll see if the news comes back in the next compilation
On a related note, this is the first test version of iOS 11.3 to support the sixth generation iPod touch.
