Tasks Organizer: Using Wunderlist on Mobile | Productivity

Wunderlist is a free app for organizing tasks available for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. The service lets you create lists and add to-do lists, including reminders at specific dates and times. This way, the user can better organize his day and plan his tasks of the week. The platform synchronizes all changes made to the smartphone with other devices, such as tablets and PCs, through a Microsoft account.

The app is useful for those interested in having a virtual calendar capable of optimizing routine activities. In the following tutorial, check out how to use Wunderlist on your phone. The procedure was performed on an iPhone 8 with Apple's iOS 12, but the tips also apply to users of devices running Google's operating system.

Step 1. Install the Wunderlist app on your phone from the dnetc page. When opening for the first time, please login or register for free. To do so, tap "Enter" and sign in with your Microsoft account or go to "Create one!";

Step 2. Choose the lists you want to use and select "Enter". From the Wunderlist home screen, you can add new lists by tapping "Create List". To create tasks, press "+";

Step 3. Enter the task and choose the list to add it to. If you want, set a due date and reminder. After making the desired settings, tap "Add". The activity will be included at the end of your list;

Step 4. After completing a task, go over the left checkbox to mark it as done. In the buttons below, share a list with others via email, change job sorting, print, edit list and more;

Step 5. Back in Wunderlist's home screen, as scheduled tasks are added, the application creates smart to-do lists for the day or week. Tap the lists to view scheduled tasks. Access the program settings by tapping on its name.
