SUS application: know how to view appointment schedules through My digiSUS | Productivity

My digiSUS is the official app of the Ministry of Health for users of the Unified Health System (SUS). Compatible with Android and iPhone (iOS) phones, the app lets you view your health history, find clinics, hospitals and pharmacies, make appointments, track appointments and more. To use the platform resources, you need to register on the Brasil Cidado portal.

In the following tutorial, check out how to use the My digiSUS app. The procedure was performed on a Motorola Moto E5 Plus running Android 8.0 Oreo, but the tips also apply to Apple platform users and other Google-powered devices.

Step 1. Download and install the My digiSUS app. When opening it for the first time, swipe the screen a few times to the left and tap "Enter". Log in using your Brazil Citizen account or register for free;

Step 2. On the app's main screen, tap "My Health" to view and edit your personal data, medications, vaccines, tests, allergies, nutritional information, attending physicians and more;

Step 3. Under "Health Services", you can locate hospitals, popular pharmacies, maternity hospitals, emergency services and specialty centers near your current location. For this, the application ask for access to the GPS of your mobile phone;

Step 4. Open "Medicines" to view and register your medications. You can also locate a popular pharmacy near you and see some information about the program and medicines available from SUS;

Step 5. Tap "SUS Attendance" to view your scheduled appointments, view the queue, and view the history of appointments made. In "Schedule Appointment", you can make an appointment with the doctor who serves you;

Step 6. In "SUS Ombudsman", you can track and file complaints, complaints, requests and suggestions for improvements to the system. There, you can also call number 136 to inquire about diseases and get information on actions and programs from the Ministry of Health;

Step 7. Accessing the "Campaigns" tab, you will find information about the actions and programs promoted by the Ministry of Health. Tap on the highlighted green button in the bottom bar to schedule a medical appointment, drug withdrawal, see your vaccination card and other quick actions;

Step 8. In the "Warnings" tab, you can view the notifications of the My digiSUS application. Finally, go to the "More" tab to view app information, change your password, view other Ministry of Health apps, and sign out of your account.
