Sony breaks trends of "greatness" and presents new Bravia 4K television with compact dimensions

Pre-reservations for Sony's new TV, the Bravia A9 4K HDR OLED from the MASTER series are now open. According to the manufacturer, this new model combines all the innovations of the top-of-the-range brand, be it in terms of sound and image processing, but in a more compact 48-inch screen, intended for smaller rooms.

The television has an X1 Ultimate image processor as the heart of the A9 line, whose main characteristics are the analysis of image data to guarantee a better contrast of the OLED, presenting purer blacks, intense brightness, in order to obtain the most realistic images. possible. Television also has other technologies to ensure image quality in brighter places, and Sony's X-Motion Clarity system, which keeps the action fast, but flows and clear in moving images.

Another curious aspect of this model is the use of Acoustic Surface Audio, which turns the screen into a speaker. There is a new actuator that makes the screen vibrate discreetly to create sound. In conjunction with the image, viewers will feel in more detail the location of the scene from which the sound comes out. And even with regard to the sound component, the equipment has a subwoofer integrated in the back, to enhance the bass.

An agreement with Netflix guarantees even better optimization of the content of the service, reserved for Netflix Calibrated Mode, in addition to an IMAX Enhanced certification. And promising to be a smarter television, it is equipped with Android TV, with integration of Google Assistant, Google Play Store and even Chromecast, with the associated services. The television obeys voice commands, in case you don't want to get lost in the menus via the remote control. It is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Apple services.
