Sony announced that HTC has received a certification to become a new PlayStation partner for mobile devices.
The collaboration will allow HTC owners to access classic games with video-games, while ensuring a brand advantage in competition with other manufacturers (including Sony itself).
Collaboration between brands should also help to encourage developers to work on more games and applications for both platforms.
For now, series One will be the initial line to join and have access to the games.
