The historical mark was noted by the Android Police website last Saturday (16), just over seven years after its original release in June 2011. Originally, Snapseed was designed exclusively for iPad. Availability for Android s came in 2012 after Google bought the publisher of Nik Software.
Snapseed's popularity can be seen not only from the number of downloads, but also from the users' ratings. In the Google app store, the app comes up with 4.5 stars out of a total of over 930,000 ratings (considering the date this issue was published).
