Skype updated with Touch Bar support for MacBooks Pro

Word, Excel and PowerPoint, from the Microsoft Office suite, recently gained Touch Bar support from new MacBooks Pro.

Now, it's time for the Skype.

Released this week, the 7.48 The Microsoft Communicator now offers shortcuts for initiating calls or video calls, as well as showing the avatar and the name of the person you are talking to on the left.

Despite the good news, for now the use of the Touch Bar on Skype is really limited to when you are making calls.

For the rest of the app, it maintains standard macOS controls.

Those who do not have one of these MBPs also received the update, of course, which includes bug fixes and general improvements.
