Skype gained three new features to enrich video and voice calls and chats last Tuesday (16). Starting with the latest version of the Windows, Android, and iPhone (iOS) app, users will be able to blur the background image during a call to avoid distraction, as well as enable automatic captions generated for all participants. Another feature facilitates sharing in a conversation with quick access to files stored in OneDrive. Voice transcription and cloud item shipping work on both your PC and mobile. Already background blur is only available in the desktop application. See how to access what's new in Microsoft's video conferencing program.
