PicsArt allows you to write on top of photos in the gallery and format the text in different ways. To do this, just choose the image and select the «Text» tool. The editing options allow the user to determine the alignment, size and spacing of the letters, color or texture of the fill and the outlines, and also insert shadow. The app provides a wide variety of typographic fonts so that the style of the text matches the photo.
