Organizing studies is an easier task with the Approved application. Available for Android phones and iPhone (iOS), the free app allows students and concurseiros to add materials and record the time dedicated to each one. In order for the user to be able to follow their pace and evolution, graphs inform the time of the study over the week, the month or the entire period.

Step 1. Download and install the Approved app on your phone. On the home screen, go to «Create account», fill in the registration data and proceed by clicking on «Sign up»;

Step 2. Then, touch the yellow icon with the plus symbol (+). Then, go to «New» and add the desired material. Likewise, include the course content in «Add new content» and continue with «Save»;

Step 3. Then, the «Start Activity» screen will be displayed. Then, define the subject, content and duration of the study, and click «Start» to proceed and time the time. If you want to pause the count, tap the yellow button and then go to «Save» to complete the study.

Step 4. Slide your finger to the right on the screen to see the application menu. Touch «Start» and then «Manual» to define the subject and content, plan the date, time of study and duration. Then, go to «Save» to define the study plan.

Step 5. In the app menu, click on «Timeline», to monitor the duration of the study over time, as well as the proportion of subjects studied.

Step 6. Back to the menu, use the «Study time» section to track the time devoted to each subject on the pie chart.
