Why can't I connect to WhatsApp Web?
WhatsApp explains that the messenger web version is an extension of the mobile app available for Android or iOS. That is, it depends on the application working correctly to operate. So if you can't use the program on your smartphone, you won't be able to use them on your computer either.
But if this is not the case then the difficulty may be related to the computer's connection to the internet. The company recommends that a strong and stable signal network be used. Otherwise, the message will be displayed. Computer is not connectedat the top of the conversation list.
It is also desirable to have the latest browser version of your choice installed. It is worth noting that Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Edge are compatible with WhatsApp Web. Internet Explorer does not run the messenger version.
Finally, if you are trying to access the page through a managed network, that is, belonging to a company, there may be some access restriction.
