Practically two weeks after the release of the first, Apple today released the second beta versions of two of its operating systems. Just them: iOS 11.3 (build 15E5178f) and tvOS 11.3 (15L5175d).
IOS 11.3 news includes new Animojis, medical records in the Sade app (Health), ARKit 1.5, Messages on iCloud, AirPlay 2, version number and the download size of apps in the “Updates” tab of the App Store, new privacy alert icon, folders in Safari favorites that now show thumbnails of websites, new practical menu when we touch the name of the song being played on Apple Music, possibility to classify app reviews by most useful, most favorable, most critical or most recent, purchase approval within Family Sharing with Face ID on iPhone X and removing friends individually through Game Center.
In tvOS 11.3, the novelty is due to the automatic exchange of the frame rate on the Apple TV of the fourth generation of the previously limited Apple TV 4K feature.
Who is also coming to the second beta version right now Xcode 9.3 (compilation 9Q107o), which obviously interests the developer more.

The second beta of iOS 11.3 also brings a new framework called ClassKit, obviously focused on educational apps.
According to the developer Guilherme Rambo, who gave a brief analysis on the codes of this structure, it seems that the framework allow educational app developers to create student assessment resources.
