Schedule a trip to Europe in the middle of a pandemic? The site with the answers to your questions

With the same summer, travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic are changing all over the world. To help Europeans choose their preferred destination, the European Commission has launched an interactive website with real-time information on borders in Europe and the means of transport and tourism services available in each Member State.

But how does the platform work? After choosing their destination, the Re-open EU website directs the user to a map with a set of FAQS about various services. Can I enter the country by bus or without a medical certificate or a negative test? These are some of the questions that the platform answers.

Re-Open EU

The available information is based on the most recent data made available by the Member States and collected from other credible national sources and accessible to the public, can be read on the website.

The Commission clarifies, however, that this information is not exhaustive.
