Samsung plans to launch a Galaxy S III Mini?

According to the Unwired View website, Samsung Germany has sent an invitation to the local press in which it plans to launch a “small but very large” device, leading to speculation that it is a “mini” version of the Galaxy S III with a 4-inch screen .

Samsung even added that consumers "prepare for a little sensation". In the invitation you can also see an “S” that appears in the background, indicating that a device from the Galaxy line is really on the way.

In addition to the tougher competition with the Razr M, launched last month by Motorola / Google, the new size of the Galaxy S III could stand up to the iPhone 5 and attract audiences who prefer a smaller screen.

Samsung's new device will be unveiled next October 11th. So far, the Galaxy S III in its largest version, has accounted for approximately 30 million units sold since its launch.
