Samsung may launch Galaxy A71 5G with Exynos 980

Samsung recently started selling the Galaxy A71 in our country. This device, which arrived at a suggested price of R $ 2,799, delivers the Snapdragon 730 processor and 64MP main camera. In November last year, reports emerged that the South Korean was preparing a 5G version and, apparently, this information was correct.

The Galaxy A71 5G, which bears the model number "SM-A716", was found in the database of Geekbench, the benchmark platform. The listing revealed that it should bring an Exynos 980 processor, Samsung's first chipset with a built-in 5G modem, having first appeared on the Vivo X30 and X30 Pro.

Geekbench also mentioned that the Galaxy A71 5G delivers 8GB of RAM and comes with Android 10 factory installed. In the Single-Core test, the device scored 3,078 points, while in the Multi-Core we have 7,346 points.

So far, we don't know if the processor will be the only difference between the 4G version. However, we can expect a price relatively higher than that charged in the "common" variant.

As previously mentioned, the Galaxy A71 can now be found in Brazil, both in physical stores and online. Some of its features include: 6.7 "Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution, 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, and quad rear cameras , the main one being 64MP.
