THE Samsung launched, at an event held today (13), its newest smartphone for the Brazilian market. With three cameras, the Galaxy A7 (2018) reaches the intermediate segment with a lot of focus on photography and even a side fingerprint reader. In addition to it, the company took advantage of the event to launch the Galaxy Watch LTE, the new smartwatch with 4G connection. Check out all the details about the launches:

The Exynos 7885 processor, from Samsung, be present in both versions of the new Galaxy A7 (2018). This chip, which is intermediate, has eight cores running at up to 2.2 GHz. It is still uncertain how economical the smartphone will be, since the battery that comes with it has a capacity of 3,300 mAh.

A differential of this device in relation to the others launched by the brand is the presence of a fingerprint sensor on the side of the smartphone. Similar to what we saw on Motorola's Moto Z3 Play, for example, the Galaxy A7 (2018) tends to be a little better because it is built into the on / off button on the device. Oh, and, the new smartphone also allows you to unlock it using facial recognition.

According to the manufacturer, the device also allows the use of resources such as Dual Messenger, which serves to duplicate some messaging applications. In addition, the Samsung Health – which monitors the user's health – the Secure Folder – which helps protect personal files – and the personal assistant Bixby are present in this launch.

Being the main highlight of the new intermediary, the set of three rear cameras promises a unique experience when it comes to capturing images. The main camera, which is responsible for traditional photographs, has 24 MP resolution and f / 1.7 aperture.

O Galaxy Watch LTE, which had a variant launched in August abroad, comes in two sizes: one 42 mm and another 46 mm. With IP68 certification, the Galaxy Watch LTE it has water resistance in depths of up to 1.5 meters. In addition, 4G smartwatch promises to last up to 80 hours without needing a battery recharge.

And finally, the new smartwatch from Samsung, that able to use technology Vivo Sync to synchronize with a smartphone and allow it to use the same 4G network, it also guarantees various types of exercise. According to the manufacturer, there are 21 new exercises and up to 39 different activities.

Availability and prices

Available in Brazil as of this week, the Galaxy A7 (2018) has an initial price of R $ 2,199 for the 64 GB version. If you want twice as much internal storage, you will need to pay R $ 2,499. Here, the colors available for the smartphone are: blue, black and copper.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch LTE, which is already available in Brazil, has an initial price of R $ 2,599.00 for the 42 mm model. The 46 mm version, however, has a suggested price of R $ 2,799.00. Vivo customers can purchase the new smartwatch at stores of the operator and, for that reason, already activate the Vivo Sync feature.
